We hope to help inspire a better understanding and appreciation of dogs while dispelling damaging myths & encouraging responsible ownership practices.
We would like to offer affordable services for spay/neuter, vaccination and micro-chipping as well as practical adoption and rescue opportunities.

Having a dog park where these events can take place is our ultimate goal, but until we do, we will be working throughout the county and looking for our ultimate final home (dog park).

A dog park is just one of the projects of our group.

This is Miriam Davis and Darby.
They are a Certified Pet Therapy Team that visits Kolob Regional Care and Rehabilitation weekly.
Their visits bring joy to the residents.

We are a group of volunteers who believe that well exercised and socialized dogs make
    happier and healthier pets.

We believe we need to have a place where our
     disabled and senior citizens can
    socialize with others and
have a place to exercise their companions
    off-leash in safety.

We need to have a centralized location for educational classes on responsible dog ownership as well as a place for people to socialize with others, where their pets are allowed,
and to learn from local professionals who are willing to donate their time for the benefit of the community as a whole.

Our Community needs to have a centralized location where dogs can exercise off-leash
     legally and in safety
without infringing on the general public.

We need to have a location where our local shelters and rescues have a centralized location to host their regular pet adoptions as well as a place to post the animals
    that are available for adoption.

What can I do to support the Dog Park Group?

If you would like to make a donation to our group, we gratefully accept donations at any of our many events or we also accept Paypal.

Download our petition and bring it to work, the gym, school, or walk it around your neighborhood and get signatures.  The more support we can show in numbers, the better the chance we have of for making a dog park happen.
